Medegro – Manufacturer & Exporter of Healthcare Products


1. Introduction

Welcome to Medegro. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, distribution, and usage of our medical and healthcare products, including cardiological devices, gynecological devices, audiology devices, and medical consumables. By purchasing our products, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Product Information & Compliance

  • All Medegro products comply with relevant international quality and safety standards, including ISO, CE, and FDA certifications, where applicable.
  • Our cardiological, gynecological, and audiology devices are designed for their respective medical purposes and should be used as directed.
  • Medical consumables such as gloves, syringes, bandages, homeopathic medicines, multivitamins, and painkillers are supplied as per regulatory guidelines.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be placed through authorized channels (email, website, or official sales representatives).
  • Payments must be made in the agreed currency and terms. Large-quantity discounts are available upon discussion.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer only.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Insurance 

  • Shipping timelines depend on the order size, availability, and destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Medegro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or external logistics providers.
  • Any damage or loss during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Buyer is responsible for the insurance and the goods, once they are dispatched. 
  • Shipping terms for the international buyer is FOB, unless and otherwise discussed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective products, provided they remain unopened and in original packaging.
  • Requests for returns must be submitted within  2 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange of products will be processed after inspection of the returned item. There will be No Refunds.

6. Product Warranty & Liability

  • Medical devices (Spandan Neo, Spandan Pro, Matri, Tinni-X, HearNU) come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage.
  • Medegro is not liable for any medical consequences arising from improper use of the products. Users should consult healthcare professionals where required.

7. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall be resolved amicably; in case of legal proceedings, the jurisdiction will be in Maharashtra, India.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Medegro values customer privacy. We do not share personal or business data with third parties without consent.
  • Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and business transactions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All product designs, trademarks, and brand names associated with Medegro are the company's intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of Medegro products or branding is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Medegro is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any injuries resulting from the misuse of its products.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used according to instructions and within their regulatory framework.

11. Regulatory Compliance & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local medical regulations regarding product import, usage, and distribution.
  • Medegro provides necessary certification and compliance documentation upon request.

12. Force Majeure

  • Medegro is not responsible for any delays, losses, or failure in fulfilling orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, political instability, or disruptions in the supply chain.

13. Termination of Agreement

  • Medegro reserves the right to refuse service or terminate agreements due to non-compliance with these terms, fraudulent transactions, or breach of contract.
  • Any disputes regarding termination will be handled as per the dispute resolution clause.

By purchasing and using Medegro products, you agree to these terms. Medegro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
