Medegro Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Medegro. These terms and conditions govern all transactions and use of products and services provided by Medegro, an exporter of medical supplies and equipment. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Quality Assurance

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and specifications on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations due to manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Standards: All products comply with international healthcare standards and regulations. Certificates and documentation for quality assurance are available upon request.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Process: Orders are placed through our website or by contacting our sales team. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Payment methods include bank transfers.
  • Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations will not possible once the order is in production phase. After this period, changes may not be guaranteed, and cancellations may incur a fee. The order confirmation must be receive from the buyer via email or on the letter head of the company.

4. Pricing and Currency

  • Currency and Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (or as agreed) and may be subject to currency fluctuations. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees that may arise from the import of products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Terms: Shipping is arranged as per the terms agreed with the buyer (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). Medegro is not liable for delays caused by customs or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. We will keep buyers informed of any delays.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the product leaves our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy and Refunds: Once sold or shipped good cannot be returned and the refund is not possible, buyer will be responsible for the insurance or shall pay for the insurance of the goods in case of damage or missing in the shipment. 

7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

  • Product Warranty: Medegro warrants that all products meet the agreed specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
  • Limitation of Liability: Medegro's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by Medegro or used with permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  • Compliance: Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including export restrictions and import requirements.

11. Force Majeure

  • Medegro is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, labor strikes, and pandemics.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Indian Government. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian Penal Court.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, parties will first attempt to resolve matters through negotiation. If unsuccessful, mediation or arbitration may be pursued before litigation.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Medegro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
